 Association of Quebec Landlords
Defending the rights and interests of property owners since 1984!

GOVERNMENTAL

December 2011

Participation in the Territorial Planning Commission on Bill 22 tabled by Minister Marguerite Blais, the Minister Responsible for Seniors - Bill 22: An Act to amend the Civil Code on certain cases of termination of the lease of a dwelling.

Our demands: to support this project which allowed to highlight more explicitly the rights of seniors when leaving a shelter.
