The APQ held an open-line day on 1 July 2012 in order to help all owners of rental housing in Quebec, members or non-members alike, with free advice on its toll-free open phone line.


November 9, 2012: Meeting with the Régie du logement regarding changes to be made to the mandatory lease form. At this meeting we had the opportunity to provide you with some modifications based on our experience in the field and with situations frequently experienced by owners of rental housing.

December 13, 2012: APQ: the vacancy rate increases and rents very little according to the 2012 CMHC rental report.

December 7, 2012: The Association of Quebec Landlords (APQ) recommends an increase of the rents by 2.5 % to 3% in 2013.
