Retraction of a decision

The tenant didn’t attend the hearing, claiming they were not aware of the hearing. At the retraction hearing, it was admitted that the outstanding rent was still due, on top of February 2026 and March 2026 that was now due. The tenant claimed they were not able to pay the funds at the moment. The Landlord claimed that the Tenant was using the procedure to delay execution of the decision.
